Dr Quan Hong was great & really listened even beyond what I was trying to describe. He was very thorough at helping me with my issues. Didn't rush me through the appointment. Staff are friendly and patient.

I have been a Patient with Neurology Associates for over a year and have never had an issue at all. My doctor recently retired and I was assigned to Dr. William Roche. I am 72 years old and have seen many doctors . By far, I have never seen a doctor that was so attentive to my medical issues as Dr . Roche was. He listened to my issues and never once interrupted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and concerned . He gave me encouragement that I needed. There is no way I could express to anyone what a Great Doctor he is. I know there are negative reviews about Neurology Associates, if you read them you will see that they are mostly concentrated on the Office staff. First of all business owner needs to take 5 mins to update their new location online! They are no longer on mulberry street! Why do I as a client care more about posting your new location than you do??? Secondly- I have called the number for NeW Location for past 2 months.. phone service either goes to voicemail with NO Call BACK or simply does not work! I took off work to physically visit location to request for parents records and assessment! Owner and Business Office Manager must step up and revamp operations of this highly desired service in the community. Neurology Associates MIDDLE GEORGIA DESERVES BETTER! Do Better!!!

I took my mother to see Dr. Roche. Our experience was beyond pleasant. He provided details on symptoms and mm options to assist on treatment for constant severe headaches. The exam was thorough! He was patient and listened attentively as we described issues/concerns since the onset of symptoms. It is refreshing to see a doctor take time to actually hear a patient and care about what we are facing. He put a plan in place that will determine and /or treat the root cause. My mother left, hopeful! Thank you, Dr. Roche. Also, Mrs Carol was helpful with any questions we had.

I'm a regular patient with epilepsy who can't ever get a human on the phone, they don't return calls, the staff is never friendly, and the doctor told me I'm wrong when I described how I feel. Horrible.
