I'd give it zero stars if I could, I'm 18 And I've been to the hospital ER Just the day before I booked an appointment with a neurologist here, My body locked up With muscle spasms and I was numb and couldn't move when It happaned Which is why I even went to the ER in the first place, This isn't the first time it'd happaned and The hospital said to check with a neurologist Hense why I was there. The same exact thing happaned in the waiting room of this building and the neurologist Declined me because I Was 18 despite me already having an appointment. So now I'm taking an Uber Back to the hospital With no answers and no help whatsoever, I Wouldn't look to this building to save a dogs life let alone my own, The staff also took a while to even call an ambulance, If they could have at least to

I am very unhappy with this office. I booked an appointment for my 18-year-old son, but when we arrived, they refused to see him, stating that they do not take patients of that age group. When my son's condition worsened, they watched with indifference and didn't even offer any help. I simply cannot grasp the callousness of these staff members.

I never never met such rude and non professional staff , beginning from ,,Doctor “ Mira Sherer ( I hardly can call her Doctor she is so unprofessional with rude and wild manners) to the reception/front desk persons , front desk people are typical examples of Impoliteness

We had an appointment at 4 pm, we sat until 7:36, waited, then they let us in and said that the doctor was right now, the patient would be here in 10 minutes, but in 20 minutes they said that the doctor had left the office and they were very rude at the front desk, this woman and the girl were very rude and deceitful !!!!!!!!

My girlfriend made an appointment a month ago to neurologist in this place.Today she went for her appointment and they telling us,that we cancelled the appointment! Earlier today we called and confirmed the appointment!There is a bunch of rude ,nasty lady's working in a front.They literally scream at you if you ask anything.So this lady called us and she is showing some paper saying, "You See,Its cancelled." I tried to explain to her that I did Not cancelled it, otherwise why would I be here now? She told us to wait, went and asked Dr Sherer, then she came back and told me,Doctor not gonna take me today!!!! That I need to change my appointment.Now,they telling me ,next available appointment is in 1 Month!!!!Are you kidding me people?I ask to talk to manager,nobody wants to take a responsi
