Dr. Vanna was terrible. His personality is as stiff as his La Looks Gel spikey hairdo. He rushes you in and out without even making eye contact with you and getting answers or information from him is nearly impossible. He will not deal with you unless it's at the three month check up because he is clearly only concerned about collecting the copay. Doctors with terrible personalities are tolerable if they are good at what they do but it is not the case with this person.

I have had Dr. Abidi as my doctor for the past 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He is personable, willing to listen to your concerns. Well-informed and truly cares for his patients. Highly Recommend Dr. Abidi!

Be AWARE!!! I will be contacting BBB today as well as the billing department itself. I have not been to this office since my one appointment in 2017. Since this time I have received several collections on my credit that date 2018,2020,2021. Then I have to dispute them to get them off. I have cleared Transunion but am dealing with the rest since you must clear each of the 3 separately. I had Charity care in 2020 and 2021 and they have reported on this on Equifax although they have removed it from Transunion another reported source. I’m very frustrated with this company and will NEVER RETURN. WATCH YOUR CREDIT - communicate and DOCUMENT it all!!! The fact that I have proof is the only thing that saves me. Customer service was horrendous and I believe a large part in why this occurred.

Dr. Abidi is a consummate professional, and a stellar neurologist. He has been a wonderful doctor for many people I know, friends and family, and I know I will never find a better neurologist than him. His ability to diagnose, treat, and provide continuing monitoring and care is unsurpassed. I wish I could say more, but, to do so would disclose to much PHI. Needless to say, I would never seek another doctor if I personally have need of a neurologist. I know I would never find one of a better caliber.

Dr. Vanna is a quack. He will rush you out of there and twist your words and won’t give you an answer and say the test look good when they obviously don’t. try to get the other doctor or don’t even go here. Shame all those plaques on the wall don’t mean anything when someone is in serious need of guidance. He sent us back to the referring doctor that referred us to him. He also won’t explain. He’s very invasive! He has no manners at all. Doesn’t shake your hand or see you out. I hope he has at least helped one person, because he was a complete waste of our time.
