The visit to this practice with my 89 year old mom, was pleasant from the walk through the door. Receptionist was right on point, she went through the information we needed to verify with a great blossoming personality. The nurse came almost as soon as we sit down. She treated my mom with love, commenting on how well she was doing, took her by the arm and spoke positively until we arrived in her room. The Nurse Practitioner was very determined to listen to each of us and how to best handle the problem she was experiencing and wanted both our opinion on what was the best solution to make her life easier and medication she would take. Ment a lot to have someone to respect her and myself, with dignity. Great visit.

I referred my Uncle go this group and now I wish I hadnt. Awful experience. My Uncle has had prior back surgeries. He fell on his face and within a week lost use of right leg, numbness on right side of face and right arm. It's been FIVE months and still NO game plan. The doctor wanted a MRI on lower back. We felt that wasnt where the probably was but Doc said it could be comimg from the lower back! We went forward and did what doctor recommended. No issues with lower back. Doc suggested PT! I then spoke up and ask for an MRI of the neck and the doctor said, "I guess we could go that route"- shocking. After MRI, my Uncle immediately called for follow up appointment. The appt was ONE MONTH AFTER the MRI. Based on the portal, he has bone spurs and pinched nerves in his neck. Couldmt get in f

Each time I have visited this office, I have always received prompt, courteous attention and care. The doctor is very knowledgeable In his field. He explains conditions or proceedure clearly. He is always responsive to my questions and concerns. Everyone is so kind!

Do not go here if you want to be taken seriously. My experience at this office was extremely frustrating. For years I reported concerning symptoms and repeatedly asked about getting an MRI or CT scan, but I was always told that what I was experiencing was not serious. My requests for further testing were consistently denied. Eventually my symptoms worsened to the point where I went to the hospital, and that is when I was finally diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Looking back, I can’t help but think that if my concerns had been taken seriously earlier, I might have received a diagnosis much sooner.
