Maryann Castello understands anatomy and medical massage unlike any therapist I've seen before. I was having pain in my neck and upper back area, with restricted motion turning my head in one direction. I experienced the same tightness years ago. She figured out the connected ligaments and muscles that were causing the issue. I've never experienced relief quite like this before. She applies stretching technique while attuned to your personal pain thresholds. Some say medical massage isn't as relaxing as other forms, but this was better in all ways. Highly recommend!
