Dr. Autumn Hinds at Nemours Pediatrics in St. Cloud is the definition of thorough. She doesn’t rush through appointments — she takes her time, asks the right questions, and you can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients. Her attention to detail and compassion set her apart. From the front desk to the clinical staff, the entire team is professional, informative, and consistently kind. Every visit feels organized, respectful, and centered around the child’s well-being. Truly an excellent pediatric practice.

We had an annual check-up appointment with Dr Mohamed. I was disappointed to receive a $71 charge after my daughter’s annual check-up simply for asking a question. There was no advance notice that this would be billed separately from the well visit. I called the billing department and they stated that on the notes she wrote I came to the appointment with concerns. I guess asking if growing pains should be looked by an orthopedic is worth a $71 charge. Parents shouldn’t have to worry that asking a basic health question during a routine appointment will result in unexpected charges. Better communication about billing policies would go a long way in maintaining trust with families. Specially when the patients are self paid.

I have been Coming to this location since my son was a newborn and Rowana Mohamed has been recently been my son‘s pediatrician at this location and is absolutely great! She’s patient and very kind. The ladies on the front desk are also very sweet and had so much patience with my son that can sometimes be impatient. Thank you guys for wonderful experience.

Dr. Treviño is exceptionally professional and also very personal when it comes to caring for my daughter. She truly listens, shows compassion, and makes us feel comfortable at every visit. Honestly, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. I previously went to another facility, Growing Together, and I did not feel the same level of care or connection with the doctor there. Dr. Treviño has been a wonderful difference for my family, and I’m so grateful for her

We have been taking our son to see Dr. Trevino for the past few years and have zero regrets. She is always patient and understanding while having genuine conversation. We never feel rushed or like a task to complete. Even today I had a few follow up questions and when I called the office and spoke with Gianna she was so helpful- the office staff, nurses, provider - across the board they are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.
