Can’t say enough good things about this office. The front desk is always so friendly when greeting you. They always have appointments available and get you in fairly quick. We see Dr. Munoz and she is wonderful. Truly one of the best doctors. She always addresses all concerns and never seems in a rush for the next patient. Always comes in smiling and is so gentle. We have never had a bad experience or bad interaction with anyone at this office. Thank you !

I love Dr. Wong and her team. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming and the entire staff always makes my family feel like they know us personally and they care. My baby boy lights up when he sees Dr.Wong and he is only 4 months. Her energy is always pleasant and very attentive, caring and supportive of my questions and concerns for my children. My oldest has been seeing Dr. Wong since she was I believe 5 and she is now 16. I’m very happy to have this wonderful medical team available for all of my children’s medical needs.

Nemours continues to blow me away. I usually take my kiddos to the office in Maitland (love their office too), but Sanford had the availability. 2 year old has been home sick for a week of fevers and coughing, battled that like a trooper. Thought she has a possible ear infection but it turned out to be RSV. I have a 3 month old that has been coughing at random due to acid reflux but it got worse over the weekend. After a week of high fevers for my 2 year old, to get a RSV result had me in tears. Could not get an appointment with Maitland till the next day and was considering an expensive pediatric urgent care visit. Dr Straker and her team got my 3 month old lined up, tested, and a care plan in place before I left. I did not get the nurses name but she was absolutely wonderful and my 2 yea

I called in about making an appointment for my sick toddler who's been sick for 3 days now and was told that they have an appointment tomorrow afternoon. I asked to get put on a list in case someone canceled today and was told they don't do that and that I should take my child to an urgent care. Urgent care is more expensive than seeing his actual doctor and I already took today off. 0/5 stars if I could.

Dr. Wong & crew are simply the BEST. Attentive, listen & consider your own input, & provide feedback accordingly. I’ve been going to them since 2018 & simply put- I’m grateful to have them as part of my family’s journey!
