Nemours Children's Health, Oviedo South - Primary Care

I’ve been going to this office for the past 17 years. I had a sick appointment for my son. The biggest issue was trying to make a appt for him. A robotic call in center appointment has recently been implemented for the first time in 17 years! I first called the office and was answered by a call in center and immediately put on hold for over 15 minutes. The repeated message while I was on hold suggested that I should create the appt though the Nemours portal. I hung up and tried to use the portal and it gave me an immediate error saying the online scheduler is not available and to call the office. I called back again and waited 20 more minutes before I had an impersonal call center person create a appt for my son. When I was in the office, the doctor and front staff are attentive,

They are always so patient and really listen to my concerns, making sure I feel heard and understood. What stands out is how great they are with children. My kids actually look forward to their appointments! Dr. Turner and Dr.Clore knows how to make them feel comfortable, which makes everything so much easier. Our kids have seen both providers at this location, and they are both fantastic. Dr. Clore is their primary physician, and I have been amazed by what a great doctor he is. We have never felt rushed or misunderstood, and he truly listens to concerns and works as a team to come up with a plan. The practice is well managed, the staff is friendly, and the office is clean. We have been very happy that we found this team for our kids.

Dr. Clore is absolutely the best pediatrician we’ve ever had. He always listens and takes time to educate us on whatever our needs are. He’s patient with my neuro spicy children and explains things in a way that they understand. We adore him and his staff. We are thankful that he’s our doctor.
