The MD was truly exceptional. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a significant difference in the quality of care provided. They took the time to listen, explain thoroughly, and ensure that everyone felt comfortable and informed. Their leadership and dedication to patient well-being did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and commitment to excellence.

I always have a great experience at Nemours. Check-in was quick. Filling out documents online prior to the appointment is very user-friendly, which makes the process quicker on the day of the appt. Staff members are kind and patient. My child's provider explained everything clearly in plain language, listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and gave us a thoughtful care plan. My child really enjoys her visits. Clean and organized facility. I highly recommend.

This has to be the worst medical office in the entire country. I cannot understand how a well-known medical provider can be so inadequate when it comes to patient care. My daughter has had a UTI unbeknownst to me for months. I was unaware because I was never giving her lab results. Evidently, they just expected me to check their app which I did not have immediate access to. Not only did they not call me with lab results but evidently they ordered medication and which I never picked up because I was never informed that medication was ordered. This is one of many examples of the inadequate and careless practices of their practitioners.

I spoke with Teresa this morning to schedule a new patient appointment for my granddaughter. Teresa informed me that I needed to call the Wilmington location to transfer her to the Middletown office. However, when I contacted the Wilmington location, they stated that the information Teresa provided was incorrect. When I called Teresa back to clarify, she became extremely rude and disrespectful. She was sarcastic and insisted that “this is how it has to be done,” despite what the Wilmington office told me. Her attitude was unprofessional and inappropriate—especially for someone working with children. Such a nasty attitude. I told her I'm going to contact patient relations, she said she doesn't care, do you want me to spell my name as well! When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told
