Nemours Children's Health, Media - Primary Care

I reluctant give 5 stars. The front desk staff are nasty. I thought I was just sensitive in my specific situation, but other reviews on Google maps confirm that some of these front desk staff are simple awful . I had a situation in which I feel that my family was being discriminated. The witch up front was basically cackling about it, with her smug gatekeeping attitude and snarky remarks to our face. I had to get my insurance company and the manager involved; he was excellent and made up for the situation. Not all of the staff up front are poor. But, I think there is definitely some fat that needs to be trimmed. The doctor we have here is amazing. You can tell she actually likes and has kids. The care team works very efficiently and took are of all my concerns from my child. Location is convenient, parking is easy, and was able to be in and out of the appointment without any issue. Doctor was very attentive, took time to answer questions, and also made recommendations. I love it when the doctor looked at my kids in their eyes and spoke w/ them directly :)

We have had nothing but great experiences with every provider at the Media location. Regina Vince has been my daughter’s PCP for the last 8 years and we all adore her. Today we had an urgent visit, and again a great experience. Everyone is always kind and compassionate.

We met Dr. Vince a day or two after our son was born, while in the hospital and knew right away she was going to be his primary going forward. She’s everything you want your pediatrician to be - knowledgeable, great with our son, kind. On the rare occasion we’ve had to see a different doctor they have also all been wonderful.

Happy 2026 ....my grandson appointment was on new years eve,which i was truly grateful they still seen my grandson, we arrived to our appointment with no problem the front desk staff was very quick about checking us in,with no problem I thought maybe the staff would be alittle up tight because they had to work the eve before the new year,but nooo they was soo pleasant and cheerful ,which i truly appreciate it,the nurse that called on us within the 1st ten minutes we was there ,I was like woooo, we will be out of here soon,even the nurse that took us to our room was very nice and pleasant aswell....our wait time in the room wasn't long at all....Than the best pcp doctor that I know came in quite quickly and did his job and chatted with me and my grandson, what i like about Dr Knoll
