Very disappointed with the speech therapy department. Casey who was the speech therapist does not know how to schedule appointments. At least twice she did not put my son on the schedule as he was supposed to be. Also, she is not real good at communication. I have to constantly ask questions. Be careful with scheduling . Make sure its booked or else you won't be seen and the front desk cannot accommodate you

The concussion clinic here was a great help to our family. We were able to get an appointment within hours of seeing the pediatrician, wait times in the office were short, staff was kind and knowledgeable.

We have taken our son here twice while on vacation visiting family. The staff is nice and we were happy with the care received. However, it is called URGENT care and both times we waited over an hour in the waiting room and over an hour in the exam room, when there were only 2 other patients ahead of us. I can only assume this is a staffing issue. If we lived in the area and needed this service more regularly we would go elsewhere due to the lack of consideration about my time.

We met with Dr. Fajardo for a consult after a knee injury. My daughter ended up needing an mri and the team was absolutely amazing to work with. I had a direct line dr. Fajardo’s assistant who got our insurance approval immediately and we had an mri scheduled immediately. The care that these professionals took to get my daughter moving in her recovery was above and beyond. Plus, we met with a surgeon today who was beyond impressed with the quality of the MRI images. I will always choose nemours!

The first happened a couple years ago but considering how behind my daughter STILL is with her speech at 3 going on 4, it is a direct result of this offices lack of caring. Now, I used to highly recommend this place e because my older daughter received speech and OT services here about 4-5 years ago. However, when I took my now 3 almost 4 year old for speech at 15 months because I knew she was delayed (I knew what to look for because of my older daughter) the manager evaluated her and told me to bring her back if nothing improved by 18-19 months of age. I brought her back around 19 months old and the SAME MANAGER told me she was fine and right where she should but considerin
