Nemours Children's Health, Exton - Primary Care

We love Nemours in Exton! The doctors, nurses, and staff are all incredibly friendly and do everything they can to make my children feel safe and welcome. They always take the time to answer my questions, and I truly feel like my kids are in great hands. Highly recommend.

Friendly and caring doctors and staff. Minimal wait time and have nurse triage services to answer questions over the phone when your child is sick. Been going here more than 10 years and quite happy with them.

I love every nemours clinic especially the one located in Exton, it is clean and has toys which entertains the little ones. The receptionists are very accommodating, the nurses are friendly and comfortable to have a conversation with, and the doctors are knowledgeable and addresses well all the questions and issues we have. I love that everyone in this clinic are helpful and makes our visit smooth.

I have been bringing my child to this practice for several years and have always appreciated the care provided. However, I was recently very disappointed with how a situation was handled. I had a 12:00 PM appointment and due to an unexpected road closure from a major accident, I arrived at 12:17 PM, just 2 minutes past their 12:15 PM cutoff time, which I was not previously made aware of. Despite the circumstances and my long standing history with the practice, I was turned away and asked to reschedule for a date nearly a month later. What added to the frustration was being told that if I had arrived just two minutes earlier (at 12:15), I wouldn’t have lost the appointment. This felt misleading, as the implication was that a strict cutoff was enforced regardless of context, yet 120 second

The doctor and her assistant were very attentive to my son and asked a lot of detailed questions to be sure of a an accurate diagnosis. They made me feel very comfortable and confident that we were getting the best care.
