Nemours Children's Health, Concordville - Primary Care

On 2/9/26 I contacted this office to get medical advice for my son while I traveled from work to get to him. My son PCP office in Collegeville was closed and instructed for patients to call this office for medical advice. The employee SHANAE answered the phone rudely! SHANAE proceeded to ask my son name, DOB and what I was calling for. SHANAE then states after looking my son up that my son cannot get medical advice from anyone at this location per NEMOUR POLICY. I again advised SHANAE this that is false, me being a mother of 3 children they all have the same doctor and has been seen at other locations. I provided SHANAE with multiple examples. Me letting SHANAE know this they became combative and SHANAE tone and attitude increased. SHANAE denied my son care for SHANAE to be incorrect about

Great office and staff! Dr Brooks was great ! The staff was friendly and compassionate! Dr Brooks engaged with my child who doesn’t usually want to talk. My child was very engaged in the conversation and visit. I highly recommend Dr Brooks and this office.

We have been with them for about 17 years now and have nothing but great things to say! I drive an hour and live down the street from another pediatrics office but I will keep coming here until my youngest ages out. The entire staff is always friendly & we absolutely love Dr Brooks! She is so easy going and my kids feel so comfortable with her. Great job Nemours :)

The nurse that came out to get my daughter and I was very nice. Dr. Brooks is always respectful of me and my daughter. She makes it comfortable for my daughter to ask questions. My daughter is 17 and been seeing Dr Brooks since she was a baby.

Lack of caring. Made appointment for my disabled child. Office told me short staffed due to one doctor out sick. On vacation so drove 120 miles to office but was 20 min. late due to traffic accident. Waited for 10 minutes in empty waiting room (no other patients) for the uncaring secretary to tell me they would not see my SICK disabled child holding a snoopy doll for comfort....she did not like my reaction...(how dare I ruin her great day)....so she sent a nurse to tell us there was a COVID outbreak in the office....SO, they had me and my SICK DISABLED child risk infection while sitting in their office AND still not treat him....
