Nelson Orthodontics

I am a general dentist who is friends with an orthodontist on the west side of the state who highly recommended Dr. Nelson. He's truly the dentist's dentist. I took my fiancee to see him for treatment- not a decision I took lightly! We were so impressed. Dr. Nelson was comprehensive, attentive and extremely generous to us. Before I even met him I had already recommended someone to his clinic based on what I heard, and I will be sure to continue to do so now. Shoutout to Rene Patel, the treatment coordinator who made sure we were well informed every step of the way and made it a smooth process for us. Thank you for everything!

Since getting my braces April 2022, Dr. Nelson and his team have been doing excellent work, ensuring that the few issues I’ve had with my wiring/brackets were handled promptly. He and his staff are also very patient and friendly.

My daughter loves your practice! She was very pleased with your staff over these past 3 years. She was honestly sad to have to get her braces taken off at her last visit. I have 2 kids who are patients. They were scheduled the same day but 50mins apart. My daughter comes 10mins early to sit about 30mims before she's called back. I leave bc my son was in the car. My son and I come 10 mins early to his appt. We sit and notice he never get called back. I asked what time they close and they said 5pm. (It's 4:53). I'm confused on how FOUR employees are sitting at the front desk and see a child sitting in front of them and don't ask any questions? As soon as he walked in, we should've been told he was called 18mins earlier than his appointment. The lack of professionalism and use of common sense at this office is disgusting. My daughter’s best friend informed us about this office! She spoke nothing but great things and everything she said was all correct! Everyone was polite, patient and professional!! My daughter has needed braces for awhile now but I honestly know everything happens for a reason!!! It was meant for us to wait and allow Nelson Orthodontist to provide her with her braces!! As a parent I just know timing is everything and I am very happy we waited!! I love this OFFICE❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
