My family and I have been going to Dr Casey for many years. I think maybe after he started his first practice. Always a professional kind provider. Very efficient doesn't rush you out the door. Very caring. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

From the minute I walked in I wasn't impressed with the front desk staff. They were not very versed on insurance so they were saying I have masshealth out loud in the office. While some people may need that i've never had that insurance so there mistake was embarrassing. Dr. Casey was nice enough but after the exam no one even asked me if I wanted to pick out a pair of glasses although my altus covered them. I leave with a RX in hand missing some information that should of been done at the visit. I used this RX to order thru zenni and I am unable to see out of them. Either I was given the wrong prescription or Zenni made an error. Unfortunately I have other glasses from Zenni and never have had an issue. I will not be returning to this place needless to say.

Context: I've been seeing Dr. Casey for several years. I am near sighted, have worn contacts for over 20 years, and have worn glasses for practically my whole life. I purchase my lenses, frames, and contacts from this practice. Visit: 5/5 Wait time has been limited. I've always been greeted by the Doctor a few moments after my scheduled visit. The visits are sometimes long, but that's only because Dr. Casey will check every aspect of your eyes with care tailored to your individual needs. He is very thorough and has always answered any questions I've had with care. Quality of care: 5/5 Thanks to the exceptional work of Dr. Casey and staff, I have only had a great experiences at this practice. Dr.Casey is amazing 👏 very thorough, fast and friendly! The staff are all very nice and they have lots of different frames to choose from.
