CVS Pharmacy

The CVS website said I could pick up my two prescriptions there. When I got there one was ready and they told me I had to go stand in another line to get the other one. It took them 20 minutes to fill the second prescription and I had to leave before they did it.

Constantly "losing" prescriptions. Was told once that they never received a prescription. When pressed because it was a federally controlled medication, they suddenly "found" the prescription but it was out of stock and was going to be a 3-4 day wait. I then got a phone call after I returned home that the script was filled and could be picked up that day. Have had to call my doctor to have other prescriptions resent multiple times because CVS "never received" the prescription. Scetchy. Always long lines. Always long waits.

Have been using CVS for years. Of course no store is perfect as some of these reviews are just brutal. We have never had any major problems with them. Always helpful to us whether drive through or in-store. Just left a message for them that my wife will be out of medication after tomorrow and got a call back from the pharmacist in 5 minutes that he will have it ready for tomorrow. That's great service for all the complainers out there!

I look forward to going to cvs. It’s clean, well staffed and I really enjoy the mile-long receipt with all the incentives! And they’re very easy to redeem. Thanks for your continued efforts toward consistent excellence.

Excellent staff. Nice and clean store. I go there often and I am never disappointed.
