Neighbors Pediatrics

Working in patient care gives you high expectations. However, this office and their staff exceeds those expectations. Not only do they treat your children like their own, they care. I called yesterday with a child running a 102.4 fever with not a chance in the world of getting an appointment and they saw us within 15 minutes at 3:30pm. From the person who took the call, to the front office - Then Dr. Tim & Nurse Starr heard everything we said and took action to getting our daughter feeling better. We are so grateful they listened. So glad we switched to this office last year!

My experience is not based off the Providers, but the scheduling staff. I dont understand why it is so hard to be seen here for a sick visit. We were new patients here from NC based off of a family recommendation who works for L&D at a local hospital. My son was seen for his well exam initially and that went well. Weeks following, I called so schedule a sick visit on September 30th at 3:30pm, the scheduler i spoke with said well it may be something a nurse can triage, though it was for his eye, a message was sent and I did not receive a call until the next day October 1st at 5pm. 24 hours for a triage call to be returned. Information i was also given was even for a sick visit we have to follow our provider even when they are not in the office and wait to see them and not another provider?

The girls at the desk were nice however, I got there at 8:40am for my daughter’s 9am appointment. They ask you to come in early if you’re new. They never called our name and I ended up leaving at 9:40. I have a two year old wild child.. (not Neighbors problem) but I wish they could have let me know that they were either behind or shortstaffed and I could’ve stayed an extra 15 minutes in my car or even came back later in the day. I ended up calling a different pediatrician office when I got home. I just found it ridiculous to wait an hour for her two year well check. I’ve only heard good things about neighbors peds so I was shocked. I don’t know if this is the normal there…

This is a genuine, positive, and lengthy review for the receptionist/office staff who answered my call today. I rang this pediatric office with questions & concerns as a first time mother, and the woman who picked up the line was absolutely wonderful. I cannot praise her enough for her kindness, thoughtfulness, clarity, and professionalism. She was so sweet, and she listened to my inquiry without interruption, judgement, or disdain. It's a shame that I did not ask for her name to properly "give her her flowers", but SOMETHING must be said about how wonderful that experience was. It's women like her that make the world a little brighter! Thank you, kind lady!!! 🌻🪻🌷

Absolutely love the doctors and nurses here! They’re amazing and so helpful. They made time to see us every time I was concerned about something with my newborn. The billing department is also incredible which is so crazy to say these days. I had a question about my bill that was wrong because of a mistake with my HR, long story! But the billing manager was so kind and helped me with all my questions!
