Deceptive practices. I was referred here by a CVS pharmacist to purchase a nebulizer. At this location, they tried to sell me what looked like a Temu kids’ nebulizer for $50 out of pocket. When I asked about insurance coverage, a staff member came from the back and stated that insurance never covers nebulizers and that no insurance would pay for it. That immediately raised red flags, so I called my insurance directly and confirmed that nebulizers are fully covered. I then went to another pharmacy down the block, where they helped me select a legitimate nebulizer and successfully processed it through insurance, costing me $0. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location unless you want to be pressured into paying out of pocket for something your insurance clearly covers.

I've been going to Neighborhood Chemist pharmacy in Forest Hills for a couple of years, and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Moved to the area and I needed a pharmacy that took my insurance and was close by since walgreens closed. Very happy to have found this pharmacy. Very professional and friendly. Never long lines and always able to get someone on the phone. Plus they give you little gifts with your Rx that really make my day. Highly recommended, better than the large box pharmacies.

Love this Pharmacy :-) Free delivery and reminder phone calls once your medication has been refilled.... Kind, patience and professional employees... The delivery guy(s) is friendly, professional AND always on time. I love it when they put a small appreciation gift in the medication bag.. A pharmacy that strives to make costumers feel valued.
