Neighborhood Center Inc. Care Management

This is the second time in less than a month that Kousilla Cheung has left me without medication. Two weeks ago I suffered through withdrawal and ended up getting medication from the ER despite being a patient for 15 years at NHC. I went up to the head administrator Sandy Soroka who literally had no concern about how I’d been left and no qualms about leaving me over the weekend with no medication. They refuse to provide Kousilla’s licensing information but I went ahead and filed a complaint with the state. Today I filed a second complaint after my treatment today. Keep in mind I’ve been stable for years with no issues on my record there. Beware they don’t care if they leave u to ou without medications!

Do not go here for any help. They literally do nothing to help you. They do however violate boundaries. On the first meeting it looks great because they promise all this help, but then, once you sign the paperwork it changes. Multiple case managers lied to me. They also made me feel very uncomfortable.
