Neibaur Family Orthodontics

Chipped my tooth when removing braces. When questioned they insisted that no damage was done. Later inspection revealed a bonded uv repair, fine I understand stuff happens but how about some transparency. Isn’t the goal of braces to have teeth unmolested by artificial glues and polymers.

I'm giving this a 3 star because they don't understand how parents work. Their summer hours close at 2:30.so how is a working parent suppose to get their child to their ortho appt. I didn't pick this place. Dad and step mom did our I wouldn't have picked a place that only opens for 4 hours a day or travels to a million other offices. And their morning appts at 10 am so don't get me started on taking kids to the orthodontist before work cuz that doesn't work either. Come on guys? Try to accommodate working parents. The office itself is very nice and they di know what they are doing. But be prepared for dumb appts times unless you don't work or care if your child misses school.

We shopped around and had consultations at several different orthodontic offices and ultimately chose Neibaur Family. Our boy got his braces on yesterday! They really seem to care about all of their patients and they really took their time making sure everything was perfect and we knew exactly what to expect before we left. I look forward to updating my review once he completes his treatment, but we are really happy so far!

We transferred from an office in Logan, UT, and Neibaur did everything they could to make it an easy transition. Holly did our initial consult, and she was very knowledgeable on what we were dealing with. We had Medicaid, and transferring with Medicaid is a giant pain! Kara had to work with Medicaid over and over again. They kept denying the claim because my daughter’s teeth “weren’t bad enough”, apparently forgetting that the braces were already in her mouth. We finally convinced them to accept the claim, scheduled an appointment, and then they decided to deny the claim again. Honestly, I basically gave up. I didn’t know what to do. But behind the scenes Kara was fighting for us again, and with her skills she was able to convince Medicaid to pay to continue her care. I don’t know how s

Dr. Ben is a great orthodontist who cares about his patients! He does a very thorough job in explaining the plan for treatment and holds my son accountable for keeping his teeth in good shape! They earn points for excellent hygiene and earn rewards for taking care of their braces. It is a great motivator for my son and they are making our investment worth it as he takes cares of his teeth and braces. The staff is great and friendly as well. I'm very impressed with Dr. Ben and his wife Holly because of the honest and excellent way they run their office!
