Preston has really helped me achieve physical goals this year. I dropped weight and was able to archery elk hunt this year. I felt great the whole time and was able to keep up with my younger companions.

Preston is the real deal - my go to guy whenever my body stops behaving properly. He's fixed me and my wife four or five different times, making quick convenient assessments remotely, and giving exercises that fix the problem reassuringly fast.

I was in a position with my back a couple years ago when I first met Dr. Preston Ward where I truly thought I only had a few productive work years left. I work as a nurse and was where I could barely reach my knees when I bent over to stretch. He has gotten back to a position and better shape than I have been in years!
