The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I truly appreciated how patient and attentive they were, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, modern, and very well organized. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. I left feeling confident about my smile and grateful to have found such a trustworthy dentist. This is the best dental practice that I have ever been to. Every single staff member is nothing but kind, professional, caring, and genuinely care about their job!! Dr. Patel is the best doctor ever and she genuinely wants the best for her patients. She is constantly squeezing in patients/taking emergent patients, even if it means her own day will become harder or longer. It is always quick and fast when I come in and I never have any issues!! If you are considering joining this practice or switching, I strongly recommend that you do!

We visited Neibauer Dental Care - South Riding for deep cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Mukti Patel. We were nervous, but the entire team immediately put us at ease. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere. The deep cleaning was performed meticulously, leaving our mouths feeling great. Dr. Patel’s wisdom tooth extraction was handled with expert care—she is not only highly skilled but also has a very reassuring presence. The procedure was smooth, and recovery was exactly as described. A dentist and team that can make you feel this comfortable during significant procedures is a rare find. We are so grateful to Dr. Patel and the South Riding Neibauer team and will be returning for all our dental needs.
