Neeti Goel, MD - SMC Physicians

I absolutely loved going to this office. I was scared at first, the medical assistant was so kind and so sweet. Dr. Goel was so wonderful and very thorough. I felt so taken care of when visiting this office yesterday. Today I’m going for my x-ray.

Awful overall experience. First appointment, I get bloodwork drawn in the office and they schedule me to come back in a few weeks to review results and discuss options - I travel frequently, so we specifically set this appt before I was leaving the area again. For my second appointment, I show up to the office on time. The nurse gets me into a room and says they are still waiting on the doctor to get in. About 15 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor calls my cell phone and says she thought it was a telehealth appointment. We end up getting disconnected, so I go to the front desk and explain and the front office confirms it was NOT a telehealth appointment. The doctor calls me back as I am pulling out of the doctors office and she is pulling in, meaning the doctor was taking the t
