Wow...went in for one of those Older Male procedures, so I was already a bit stressed. Everyone that helped me was ultra-polite and almost military in thier efficiency and quality of care. Overall...Great experience.

Absolutely garbage customer service and scheduling, their client portal never works correctly and when you call to make an appointment, the automated system loops back nonstop so you can never get to the correct contact. Pure bureaucratic red tape nonsense.

I’m disappointed to share my experience with Nebraska Medicine and Dr. Willcoxson after hand surgery for Dupuytren’s Contracture in December 2024. While I had previously received excellent care from Nebraska Medicine, this surgery and the recovery process were very different from what I was told to expect. I was not informed beforehand that recovery could take up to a year, that inflammation could last months, or that pain could spread beyond the treated finger. I was told I’d be typing in 5–7 days, but that was far from reality. There were also issues before surgery, including a mistake with the anesthesia order that caused confusion at the surgical center. Excellent appt today at this facility! I arrived few minutes before my appointment and was immediately greeted at the front desk and told where to check-in. The check-in process was quick and easy, the front desk staff was friendly, and the facility was very clean and modern. I only waited about 5 minutes to be called back and met with the doctor in short order after a few preliminary tests were completed onsite. No waiting for things to be sent out or reviewed, modern technology is impressive! Very modern, clean, and nice facility with great staff. Immediately afterward, as in before I even left the building, I received updates to my online account with my next appointment information, estimated cost, and test results from this visit.

Hell yeah I had my Doctor tell me I'm a waste of taxpayer money and refuse to look into my symptoms I've constantly complained about the past 4 years. Said it was all in my head so I decided to see other doctors on the side just incase. Turned out I have hernia, neuro probs, and deformed hips as well as lots of other issues. Guess it wasn't in my head huh? So who do I sue you guys or the insurance?
