We went to visit a friend who had heart surgery. This is the biggest hospital I’ve ever been to (the British hospitals are generally a lot smaller). We spent the majority of the time lost. However the staff working there were wonderful. Without even asking for directions they helped us (probably because we looked pretty gormless!). I am sure the staff are used to guiding the lost! They deserve a medal for everything they do both for the patients, family members and the wanderers.

Had some teeth removed in 2024. Paid the bill that I was sent in full. Then in January of 2025 I receive a bill for $698. Billed for separate services the hospital charges. The original bill was from May of 2024. Billed over 1 1/2 year after service. Not very happy with this.

I have yet to hear back from the neurology department about previous treatment when I was a minor. They seem to be stalling from all aspects on giving me answers. Based off my experience they might reconsider their ‘extraordinary care’ motto-my experience has been anything but. Editing as of November 8, 2025: despite numerous attempts of contact over the last few months, I have yet to receive a single meaningful response. Given the lack of communication or actual answers on their end, I find it hard to believe the scripted response of ‘take situations like this seriously’, is what’s actually happening. November 13, 2025: nothing has changed Update: as of December 4th they claim they are investigating this matter Update January 2, 2026: after a 3 day investigation (I was told 2-3 weeks)

My wife was admitted for medical treatment and associated tests for 5 days. The attention and treatment she was given probably deserve 6 stars I can only post 5. The facilities are second place to no one. The amount of care and capablities they possess are unbelievable. I can only hope that anyone needing them gets there. I was able to enjoy a few meals with Carol. The food and service also deserves the 6th star. It really cannot be a good thing having to be hospitalized, but they do have the ability to make it as good as it can be.

I came into the ER with a very high BP. They misplaced my information, so I waited a while before they called me for triage. After that, I sat in the waiting area for nearly two hours, waiting for them to call my name. I watched them call every person who came in after me ( some waited less than 10 min). When I finally spoke up, they brought me to the back, where they put me in a bed in the hallway. When I expressed my concerns, the only response I got is I'm sorry. Also, my cousin came in with her girlfriend on the same day just before me, and she was told she had to wait outside; only patients were allowed in the waiting room. While waiting, I witnessed two couples and a mother with her adult daughter and grandchild sitting in the waiting room with no problem. While sitting in a bed
