Nebraska Medicine Immediate Care Clinic at Bellevue Health Center

My wife, grandson, and I went to get treated, shortly after opening. The person that checked us in, was very efficient. The dr that saw us was very thorough in her patient interviews. She knew how to get my grandson to describe how he was feeling.

My son presented with a nasty fractured wrist, provider Bonnie V. was tremendous! The ICC team at BMC was swift to get him settled and as comfortable as possible. The provider & entire team went above & beyond.. Tammy, the LPN was very attentive. She was kind, friendly, and caring. Gigi & Chantel were also helpful! Such great care made the situation much easier to deal with. The radiology tech was fantastic, She treated my son with great care and empathy. We were referred to Ortho for a surgical consult to Dr. Morgans PA, Erin Walsh, got in within 48 hours. Ms. Walsh is the best, very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Explained everything in great detail where he could understand the complex procedure he needed. My son received excellent care all around. I’m grateful to the team at Nebraska

I received great care from the provider. She even followed up with me after the weekend! Impressive. Checkin procedures changed a bit, but I think better. Make sure you enter the building before 6 pm as someone is there to add your name to a list before entering the elevator. I didn’t do that, and wasn’t aware but when called, the kind lady behind the counter explained it all to me.

This is the first time I have been to Immediate Care. They were wonderful, very caring & I got in to see dr very quickly. I appreciate them all very much! A side note: I do think there should be a security guard at the entrance at night because anyone can walk thru those doors!!! And the pharmacy being right inside that door, that's very dangerous! And also, anyone can get on the elevator & there was only 1 young woman to check people in all by herself in that section of the floor! I was very concerned for her safety because there was a man of questionable character that kept asking her all kinds of dumb questions & wouldn't leave for the longest time! He sounded like he was on drugs or something!

I was tested for a UTI on Jan 5 and given meds for 3 days, in Jan 8 I called and said I wasn't feeling better. At 5:05 there was an order to get another urine test, I went in Jan 10. I didn't hear anything til Jan 16 and was told to come in and get another urine test done. I was working so went to the after hours clinic and was given different meds. On Jan 19 I was called and asked if I was feeling better and I said no and she said I was on the wrong meds and new meds were called in. I am starting to feel better
