Summit Plaza Dental Care

FANTASTIC clinical and office staff. My hygienist, Bri, was awesome! She was very thorough, explained everything so well and most importantly was not heavy handed (something I’ve experienced at other offices). Dr. Sedlar is superb! During my visit, doctor made recommendations which I truly felt were in my best interest. The professionalism and care is evident and I HIGHLY recommend Summit Plaza Dental Care.

Yet another place is ruined by greed. This used to be a nice office. Clearly got some sort of mandate to fire everyone and replace the staff with incompetent and "hygienists" with disgusting practices. A few years ago the dentist left and then everyone with him. I went to get a regular cleaning and the hygienist was doing things like touching the chair seat and computer keyboard with her gloves and then sticking her hands in my mouth. I can only imagine what happens when I'm not looking. Now there's a dentist that just says "you need 'x' done" and then refuses to elaborate. So I go get a second opinion from the office right down the road and they said I needed much less than what Summit claimed. Summit’s upbeat, smiling and happy front desk individuals is the reason I picked this business two years ago. No body likes going to the dentist but a friendly first impression helped me make that decision. The professional, competent and happy dental techs, cleaning assistants and dentist have confirmed that I made the right decision. I’m still with them today and have only felt more like a family member than Customer during my visits. If you’re looking to enhance your dental visits this warm friendly atmosphere is for you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Schedule an appt a month ago over the phone. Go to appt today and was told they had issues with payment (I never provided insurance). They tell me they've been trying to call me and email me. Yet, I have no missed emails or calls. I do have reminder texts and emails from Summit about my appt. They told me I could wait 30mins and then do XRays but the cleaning would have to be another day. What an absolute joke. Zero communication. Of course I took off work to do this, but they don't care. Yet If I would've no showed I am sure I would've been liable for a fee. **48 hour cancellation**

They did an amazing job on me , the nurse was so nice she gave me the best cleaning possible for my first time visit, my teeth are so clean and white 😁. Thank you!
