Unprofessional and unclear as to how her services work. Went for intake and she did not verify that I would be going to another facility to do intake with them instead. I thought I would be dealing with Neal counseling but instead was outsourced to a company without being notified. After asking what was going on I was told McGiver behavioral health would be addressing my needs and that Neal would then later intervene. I would give no stars if I could.

I felt comfortable with her during the first meeting. She allows you tell her what’s going on then she tells you how she’s going to help. Chimere is very warm and makes you feel no matter what your issue is , “we” will get through it together. I would recommend her hands down. I’ve seen my share of counselors and she’s a good fit for me and my family.

Amazing therapist!!! Really helps me navigate my issues and puts many things into perspective. Definitely made me feel comfortable opening up and sharing about my problems. My favorite sessions are definitely the art therapy sessions.
