NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital Emergency Department

We took my son who had a 100+ fever for three days to the ER on a Sunday night and they where really quick about get him in and out. And they were really nice. The swabs they took were back in a hour and they told me what was wrong. Gave me his prescriptions and we were in and out in two hours. Quickest ER visit I have ever had. I’d go back. They were on it and I could see how serious the doctor took his job

It was a terrible experience in the er department. I was sick and alone and the staff made me feel unwelcome even though I was sick. I will die before I go back there. Atleast then I would still have my dignity. The nurses made fun of me and I was unable to give my full history. They shoved tests up my nose and down my throat without permission. Over all this was as terrible as being sick as heck. I will never go back.

One of the two major hospitals/emergency medicine providers in Jonesboro. It is like any other medical care facility, you have some great doctors and some that are not so great. The doctors and nurses on call treated my mother well during her visit. It's not a bad medial care facility and is a lot better than what is available in surrounding communities.

This place is a joke. If you dont have insurance dont go. They just put you in a room and leave you. Dont run labs or blood work just a strep test and send you on your way. The rooms were not clean, the nurse came in the room wrapped in a blanket but didnt offer one to their patient. The doctor was yawning the whole 5 minutes he was in my room and I could hear the nurses talk about everyone's diagnosis/symptoms including mine from the nurses station. This isnt the first time this has happened. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. The absolute rudest emergency room ive ever been to. The nurse didnt wear gloves while giving me a steroid shot. What if that was a patient with no immune system? So unprofessional. I will absolutely not recommend their emergency room to anyone. N

January 3rd, 2025 I went here for pelvic pain and bleeding in my pregnancy. I was brushed off and asked if this was my “first pregnancy” over and over. As if I didn’t know pregnancy symptoms. I never experience the symptoms I had constant bleeding and pain daily with my first pregnancy. I told them my last period was November 12th and my positive pregnancy test was December 23rd They were also packed that day and were rushing me. They did an ultrasound and said they found a “5 week embryo”. I tried to ask questions and they also refuse to let me see the ultrasound. They told me everything was “healthy”. I went to Saint Bernards the 11th and ended up having a 5 week embryo without any growth “Missed Miscarriage” and “Blighted Ovum” without a heart beat or growth. That it had also occurred
