NCH Immediate Care - Vanderbilt

The NCH Urgent Care at Vanderbilt is FANTASTIC!!! You can setup an appointment online, and they will let you know when it's time for you to go to their facility. I didn't have to sit in a crowded waiting room for hours. When I got the call to go to the facility, I was there and only waited a few minutes before being called back to see the doctor. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all extremely caring and thorough. You have an excellent office!!!

I had a great experience with NCH Vanderbilt. I am here in Naples for the winter and do not have a local doctor, so this seemed like a good place to start. I registered online, then called. The receptionist confirmed my registration and told me they would call back when I could come in for my appointment. She predicted it would be about a 2-hour wait. In about an hour, I received a call asking me to come in. Once at the office, my wait time was less than 10 minutes. The receptionist and nurse were professional and caring. I was examined by Dr Cox. She was also professional and thorough. She recommended a CT scan, which NCH scheduled for me at a nearby imaging facility. I have an ongoing issue that requires me to go back. I have been there four times within one week, and have seen Melissa Macvenn for three of those visits. She is immaculate. she is one of the best providers i’ve seen! I work in healthcare care (internist) & to see someone who sees a new patient everyday & act like she known them for years is amazing. I hope NCH recognizes her constantly for her amazing work ethic.

I walked into this urgent care after falling nearby & breaking my lower arm in two places. I clearly needed the ER but wasn’t very clear thinking at the time. The Doctor & staff offered to call an ambulance (I refused), took my vitals then wrapped & ice packed my arm which gave me immediate relief while my husband & I continued on to the ER. The care & compassion shown to me….a non patient was incredible. If they were this concerned about me imagine the compassion for their patients. I hope I will not need their services in the future, however, if I do, there will be no other place I will consider going to.

Great Urgent Care clinic from the receptionists to the doctors to the entire medical staff. They care, they listen, they communicate and they follow-up. Best to call ahead (can be done on line) to get on the waiting list. Then they text when it’s getting close to the time to see you. No need to sit in a waiting room for hours like other clinics. I saw PA Laura and she did a thorough job to medically investigate my issues. As it turned out, those tests she ordered were important to find an issue early. Doctor Cox and the rest of the medical staff followed up with calls on my results and helping me to get a medical plan to move forward. I was surprised how much time they took to follow up.
