NB Animal Urgent Care

I took my cat here when I noticed he hadn’t used the litter box all day. I called ahead and told them I was on my way, and when I got there they were able to quickly examine my cat and give me the run down of his condition. He had a urinary blockage! They gave me an initial quote of 2500 for his treatment, and offered me some resources for payment plan options. Being a broke college student w little to no credit, I got denied, so they were able to provide me with a bare minimum treatment plan that amounted to 700. Still expensive, but way more affordable. They were able to get him unblocked and sent him home with some meds in about 3.5 hours! He’s been in great condition since our visit, and I’m so happy they were able to help us out!

Excellent service provided today by this staff. No BS. My 1 year old puppy had an extreme allergic reaction that was swelling her entire body very quickly. The staff here reacted with quick and efficient urgent care. We were in and out thankfully. Few meds and she was already on the up and up. Will definitely be recommending this facility in the future. I am so privileged to have been able to visit Dr. Robin Lang at NB Animal Urgent Care. She was absolutely incredible with my pregnant dog. I found her to be patient, thorough, thoughtful and extremely caring. She has incredible skills with an ultrasound machine and she and her technician worked beautifully together. My dog was very calm and comfortable with every step under her care. She definitely puts the animal and its needs first not the growth of the bank account. This doctor and hospital have my unwavering support. Thank you for caring for our family Dr. Lang. We are blessed by you and very sincerely appreciate you. Needed an emergency C-section for our golden retriever. Now have 9 healthy puppies at home with a recovering momma!

We took our 15-year-old lab to the clinic for a final farewell. Dr. Lang helped facilitate a smooth process, showcasing compassion and consideration for our needs. We appreciate her efforts in making this experience less stressful. Nyssa, the vet tech, was exceptional in preparing us and ensuring our pet's comfort during the procedure. We are grateful for the clinic's entire staff.
