I called Monday to activate a scrip that had been email I received super service from female on the phone normally 2 business days to get the script I told her I had just got out if hospital with congested heart failure would it be possible to get Tuesday she Said of course pick up today
Pretty speedy service once you get a prescription from one of the excellent navy doctors inside. Often times, there'd be 20-30 retirees inside waiting on getting prescriptions fulfilled.
Says it closes at 5pm... it does not! It closes at 4pm I was unable to pick up my child's much needed medication because of this
Terrible service. One of the main reasons I can't wait to leave the navy. I'd like to actually have medical problems taken care of.
Very courteous and helpful.
