During my initial visit to Sensational Smiles, I was thoroughly impressed. Ashley, the dental hygienist, meticulously cleaned my teeth, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Her guidance regarding dental x-rays was particularly valuable, considering my small mouth and gag reflex. Dr. Rutecki conducted his portion of the examination and provided a comprehensive explanation of his proposed treatment plan. His demeanor was both cordial and professional, ensuring a comfortable and informative experience.

My very first visit was very peaceful, the dentist, his wife and the whole staff are very friendly and polite, they treated me like a family. I was ashamed of myself why I didn’t go there before. So now Sensational Smiles of Charleston located in Goose Creek will be my home dentist 🦷. Thank you all for making me feel like family 🌹💖💖🌹🌹🌹🌹

Dr. Rutecki consistently delivers high quality of work, very nice dentist. His staff were friendly and helpful, make my whole experience a pleasure, is such a welcoming atmosphere, I will continue for them to take care of all my dental needs.

I deleted my 5 star review from years ago to replace it for 2 star. I praised this practice as my forever dentist but, started being billed for procedures that was a year in the past. I always like to pay my share of any work up front in full. So, you can imagine receiving bills months later. I was told that it had been miss filed. But, it was from miss management and stacking of charges to the insurance company IMO. I was scheduled for cleaning but, recieved a call that they no longer excepted my insurance.

This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! They’re always super friendly, explain everything to me, and I can ask as many questions as I want they’ll continue to answer for me. They always do perfectly on my teeth and have patient plans if you dont have insurance.
