I need to warn everyone about the unethical practices at this pharmacy. They seem to be deliberately overcharging customers by not running prescriptions through their insurance plans. Instead, they're charging higher, out-of-pocket prices and pocketing the difference. For example, I was charged significantly more per prescription than I should have been. After calling my insurance company, I confirmed that my co-pay was supposed to be less than a dollar. When I questioned the pharmacist about this, they falsely claimed that my insurance wasn't covering the medication. This is an outright lie and a blatant attempt to deceive customers for their own financial gain. Avoid this place by all means! People at this place are extremely hostile to customers for no reason. Ive been using this place as my UPS access point and the guy over the counter always gives nasty attitude for no reason. Last time gave me run around for my package confirmed delivered. He must have some unknown personal issues...

Very disappointed with how I was treated. One medication was missing, and no one informed me or explained that my insurance didn’t cover it. At first, they said everything was in the bag, basically calling me a liar. Then they offered it to me for $800 — a medication I used to get for $70 with the same insurance. When I asked for clarification, He said “the conversation is over” and adviced to use another pharmacy. Completely unprofessional and humiliating experience.

They are a great pharmacy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who do everything they can to help their clients. They also do deliveries.

I have never been treated by a pharmacist in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. The experience was truly appalling. I have a patient with a malignant tumor who is prescribed a controlled substance.I have known him, as has the pharmacy, for many years. On occasion, because of travel, he has required an early refill; this is only the second time it has happened. When I called to address the matter, the pharmacist not only refused to fill the prescription but also refused to engage in any professional dialogue.
