Services not like they used to be & drawing blood took 7 stabs in e.r. and more than that in my room, after admitting. Cast put on hand and put in a room to see dr. Dr came after 7am & said he called a bone specialist. Hours later came in and said he was sending me home so call back and come to the clinic. Holiday was Monday so didnt hear from them. The list of complaints goes on and on. (This is not a freebie service. My husband earned the ability for his family to use this service.) Today i received a letter to tell me to use Medicare providers. How is this helpful??? They were not even busy. Would like someone to contact me regarding this all and file a few formal complaints. No 0 star to select. I do understand that the wait time at the satellite driv thru can sometimes be a challenge and I can accept that. But the staff at the main hospital pharmacy needs to be seriously evaluated. Rude, arrogant unprofessional. Should all be replaced by AI. Then some intelligence would actually be present. Please pray for the veterans that depend on the medications that the doctors prescribe us for it seems that this location has other priorities than serving those who have already sacrificed and honorably served for them

I arrived at 1015 on a Wednesday. Two lanes open. It took 45 minutes to retrieve my prescription. A little slower than normal due to lane clousure but I'm grateful for the service that is provided. Thank you staff.

The satellite pharmacy was once very efficient. Now I sit in the drive through line almost 2 to 2.5 hrs waiting to pick up my prescriptions. The waiting in the drive thru line is inconvenient and ineffective. It is an inconvenience to those who work, because you cant come there on Saturdays to pick up your prescription and because the wait time is so long in that line you have to take off from work/use PTO to pick up prescriptions. I could drive to the base on my lunch time, wait in the drive through line, pick up prescription and drive back to my job on Blanding Blvd and only use 1.5 hr of time. If you have ANY alterative in getting your prescriptions, DO IT and don't utilize this pharmacy! For the last 6 months, I have had to deal with continual grief in getting my prescriptions refilled and in getting new prescriptions filled. Three months ago, I called the automated phone number for refills of my prescriptions to be picked up at the Satellite Pharmacy pick up window and was given a day when they would be available for pickup. I went to the Satellite Pharmacy on that date, sat in my car for over 2 hours in line and once I got to the window, was informed they had one of the four prescriptions I called in, but didn't have the others.
