Due to ignorance, arrogance of some individuals, lack of leadership, accountability that is preventing crucial changes related to my unnecessary, serious and costly surgery that left me with other life long complications. Then for over a year I was tormented by prognosis of another surgery and or proton radiation therapy. The system of “bank robber” investigating and reporting on himself. The ultimate waste, fraud and abuse. Complete abandonment of Hippocratic oath “do no harm”. Information, services were withheld from me. Specialists, surgeons recommendations, communications, requests were ignored. Tests results, abnormal imaging were, are ignored. Hospital departments are actively not communicating or corroborating. Healthcare providers are lacking proper training, are not required to ad

Do not give birth here. I wish I would’ve seen the other reviews before. And if you’re active duty they make you deliver here unless you happen to have your water break at home. This was the worst experience of my life when it should’ve been the best. The male anesthesiologist was absolutely horrible- no empathy, did not help with anything but stood over me while I was in the worst pain of my entire life and angrily said “I need you to stop screaming and just breathe. Stop making noises” with a cold blank face. This image of him staring with a cold stare while I was in labor traumatized me. Meanwhile the epidural machine was turned OFF, and I REPEATEDLY told them that the machine was not working. They didn’t believe me. They never listened to me about anything. Labor took about 35+ hours a

I am back to write another review on this awful hospital. On November 17 2025 I had an appt to discuss a medication change and a PAP. I waited over an hour just for them to tell me my doctor didn’t have time to do both things I came for. I was scheduled for another appointment because I needed to leave. Dec 17th was the other appointment. When I got there I was told my doctor wasn’t there and they wanted me to see someone else. My doctor specifically made an appointment with me at that time so she can take care of my needs and I only see this one doctor because the rest are awful. So I told them they keep wasting my time and could’ve called me that morning and told me she wasn’t there. I was visibly upset yes but I didn’t say anything “diminutive”, yet someone that wasn’t there (SEAN DAVIS

I had a terrible experience in my pregnancy at this hospital. In the very beginning of my pregnancy I went to the ER for bleeding and intense cramps, I was told by a PA that I was having a miscarriage and was given a pill to “speed along the process” I refused to take the pill and it didn’t take long to find that I was not having a miscarriage. I had to go back to the same hospital for the same issue just to be told there was completely nothing wrong and then receive a call 4 days later that my ultrasound was reviewed and I had a tear in my uterus. Casey Adams seemed to enjoy her own apathy as I would repeatedly explain my symptoms and concerns she would tell me there was completely nothing wrong and that I was probably going to have post partum depression. After a particularly offensive v

If I could give Naval Hospital Jacksonville zero stars, I would. From day one, I requested to be referred off base for maternity care because I had heard countless negative experiences about their OB department but their health care in General. They refused, saying they could provide all the care I needed here. That decision has caused nothing but frustration and concern for my health. At nearly every appointment, I am left waiting over an hour past my scheduled time — for example, a 2:40 appointment where I didn’t see the doctor until 3:40 — only to receive rushed, unhelpful care. I’ve voiced serious symptoms (like urinary tract pain) that should have immediately prompted testing, but my concerns were brushed off without action. I was told I would be getting an anatomy scan, only to fin
