I don’t leave one-star reviews lightly. In fact, I almost never do unless the experience meets every possible criteria for unacceptable care. Unfortunately, this visit with Dr. Naureen Syed and this practice crossed that threshold in a way I genuinely didn’t think was possible. My wife injured her foot and received some of the worst medical care we have ever experienced. From the beginning, Dr. Syed did not listen to the patient, and it felt like each appointment was chaotic and poorly managed. The notes taken were inaccurate, important details were missed or misunderstood, and the overall impression was someone unprepared and disorganized every time we were in the office. I recently had some visits with Dr. Naureen Syed and she is amazing! Time and time again she listens carefully to all of my concerns and questions. Throughout my visits I feel cared for and that she is truly taking her time to come up with a treatment plan that works for me! Her kindness and empathy are shown in every visit.
