I highly recommend the dermatology practice of Natow and Rozenberg, and specifically Dr Ira Pion. Dr Pion is not only incredibly professional, but also genuinely personable. In a time when healthcare can often feel rushed and impersonal, he stands out for the care and attention he gives his patients. There is never excessive waiting, the office is immaculate and spacious, and the practice is extremely well staffed and efficiently run. My family has seen other doctors in the practice as well, and they are all highly professional and excellent in their care. I recently had a minor infection that required close attention, and Dr Pion took exceptional personal care of me. He even made time for an unscheduled follow up visit to ensure everything was healing properly and to provide reassurance

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dr. Rosenberg's office, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Instead of helping with my dermatology concerns, they have only made my issues worse. The doctors seem more interested in rushing through appointments than actually listening to their patients. After following their prescribed treatments, my condition not only failed to improve but actually worsened. When I voiced my concerns, I was either dismissed or told to "give it more time," despite clear signs that their approach was ineffective. Communication is terrible, and trying to get a follow-up appointment or answers to basic questions feels like an impossible task. After 15 years as a patient, my appreciation for the doctors and the office runs deep. However, it's those extraordinary moments when the staff exceeds expectations that truly highlight their excellence. Jessica, the nurse on call, exemplified this recently. Her attentive care, diligent follow-up on calls, and ensuring the smooth approval process for my medication left me thoroughly impressed. She truly went above and beyond, and her dedication deserves recognition by all.

Thorough and Compassionate!!! Hours after being treated by Dr. Fruchter, I had a reaction to my procedure. Walked in next day with no appointment. Explained issue, waited, and was seen ASAP. Dr. Fruchter showed concern, warmth & professionalism, while providing me with a remedy. The icing on the cake was that she checked in with me later that day to see how I was doing. If the medicine she provided had not already been helping, this phone call would have done it. Unexpected and greatly appreciated. A class act from beginning to end.
