I don’t usually comment, but I’ve been going to this practice for many years and they have always been This is for the previous review left. I was actually the patient next to you and was surprised by how calmly and professionally the doctor and staff handled the situation while you were yelling and causing a scene. It’s disappointing to see negative comments simply because things didn’t go someone’s way. The doctor and staff here are excellent and deserve recognition. @Priya Singh

I’ve always been nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Patel and the entire team completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They are AMAZING!

Ever since the owner is no longer there, the service has been horrible. Dr. Choi is extremely unprofessional and DOES NOT listen to PATIENT CONCERNS. I highly don’t recommend this place anymore. I had multiple appointments for a toothache that has not even been fixed. I’m highly disappointed in the change of staff and won’t continue coming here. Also there not even in network with my insurance but they’re so money hungry. Best believe I’m gonna report them. Update; I called and they keep having excuses. The “manager hasn’t shown up” and waited until I called back to tell me she won’t be in the office until further notice. So confused why I had to call to be told she wasn’t in, when they said they were gonna call me. Interesting customer service. Already in the process lodging a complaint

Dentist was awesome. Office staff / appointment administrator was horrible. 9:30 appointment didn't get into Dentist chair until 10:15. Specifically requested retainer, female dentist, and early appointment so I could go to work right after. MALE dentist only one available, retainer NOT done by their office, cleaning NOT DONE same day.

I have been a patient at Native Dental for several years, and I’ve always had good experiences. But once I began seeing Dr. Choi and Genne, it went from good to amazing. Dr. Choi’s skill and attention to detail are outstanding, and Genne is very kind and professional. Highly recommended!
