My experience was walking in, saying hello twice & looking at the African lady in her eyes & her simply ignoring me. She didn't want to tell me how much my insurance paid. She was trying to rush me to buy. I tried on a few glasses & she was not telling me how much everything would cost individually but just giving me a total price off the top of her head. She had an attitude the entire time & I felt rushed & pressured to buy something. She passed me off to a young lady named Lucy who was lovely, patient, & helpful. Lucy is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Otherwise, I would've given 0 stars. The African lady walked away with an attitude after I decided I would shop around ( because I didn't like the way she was doing business. I kept telling her that style & price are my two main factors so

The worst place ever I was supposed to get my glasses after three days from purchase it have been a month and I go there every week to check if is ready and they always tell me the following week

The worst place ever. I was the 1st patient to come in at 10:30. He walked at 11:15am whiles he start at 11:00am. Stayed in his phone till 11:40am and I just had to leave. The nice secretary kept telling him he have a patient waiting and he said he’s on the phone. Yes he was speaking to someone back home.

The front office staff is not that welcoming. The doctor is alright. I felt as if I was robbed. I asked for a particular Coach frame & was upsold another model for $375 that only costs $90 on amazon. The glasses are beautiful, but not worth the almost $600 I had to pay (prescription & frames). Definitely never ever going back.

This place is ridiculous, I placed an order on my prescription contact lenses since December 1 2021,I provide them my email address for tracking number and confirmation until now I haven’t received it. and worse of all I never received my contact lenses and they charged me $10 for priority shipping. This place is bad business and rob your money. I call and ask what happen to my order they told me the doctor will call me to provide me the information on my order which he never did. They don’t deserve no stars.
