⸻ One-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at the Asthma and Allergy Center at 1740 Tobias Gaston Blvd. During my appointment, Dr. John Ramey did not explain anything about my condition or what he was hearing when listening to my lungs. He barely listened, didn’t communicate his findings, and walked off without discussing next steps. I felt like he spoke at me rather than to me, and my concerns were not heard. Additionally, my interaction with the receptionist was unpleasant. She came across as rude and cynical, which only added to an already frustrating visit. I will not be returning and will be seeking care from another allergy specialist. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I had an excellent experience with Morgan Hatfield Peters, FNP. From the moment we met, she made us feel right at home. Morgan provided truly 5-star care — she took so much time asking thoughtful questions to really get to the root of my issues. I appreciated how thorough and attentive she was. After a detailed discussion, she put together a clear starting plan that includes tests and bloodwork. I’m grateful for her dedication and look forward to following up with her soon. Highly recommend!

My husband was a new patient today and the care he was given was exceptional from all aspects of his visit. The lady at checking (sorry I did not get her name she is fabulous) Portia the intake nurse extremely patient, knowledgeable and caring!! Then last but not least Dr Gerber she was all of the above and more. I highly recommend this practice! It is so nice to experience this level of care!! Thank you for all you do to provide genuinely excellent care!

My mother in law has been a patient for years, the last 2 of those she has been taking my daughter with her to appointments (she has kept her since she was born) and the staff is always so accommodating and welcoming. The girls in the office treat them both like family. Recently my daughter has been having skin issues that we have been trying to get under control. At my mother in laws last appointment the Dr. noticed an issue and told my mother in law that he would love to help get the issue figured out. My daughter had her first appointment today and they did just that! Thank you Dr. Ramey and Hayley!

Fast service. Called on Friday, got a Mon appointment. No wait. A whole team addressed my problems. Would recommend to anyone needing this kind of care.
