My mom was a resident there for almost two months. I would like to give a big shout out to 2 South. Ms. Terry, Mr. Whyte, Charles, Mingo and aka baby girl. Thank you for making my mom's stay very comfortable and pleasant. Very clean place and friendly staff. Also Rosa the social worker is so sweet and very professional and compassionate .

Was so happy or my Mother at her new facility. The little time I was there was a big difference from her last facility It’s clean and the staff were really nice. Mom seemed very happy and I am happy for her

My mother is 91.this is the 2nd time she is in rehab here. Her first experience was very disappointing and ashamed that I allowed her to rehab here. This time a much better experience. The nightmare stories you hear about such places are real. With that said, patients must have someone to advocates to support them.

The staff was very nice and very informative. I was just visiting my aunt who was just admitted a few hours. Rooms are spacious and clean,just need som fresh paint. My aunt have early stage of dementia, the unit she is on I think is not suitable for her, she needs to have people that she can conversate with. I will see after they evaluate her changes can be made. All the patient look like they were properly cared for.

The nurses here are nothing short of incredible. They don’t just “do their job”—they truly care. I’ve watched them go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother is comfortable, respected, and always looked after.
