I have been a patient of Dr Nass for the last 20+ years and I always receive quality service, compassionate care, and all of my concerns are throughly addressed. Dr Nass explains and teaches me about how my eyes are working, why my now “old eyes” are not focusing so great, and what is going to be happening during my exam. He and the office staff are wonderful!

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I'm so sad about the experience my mother has had here, I feel the need to caution others. My 78 yr old mom has used this doctor for years, without incident until her recent script update. When she went to fill it, she was told this was the exact opposite of what they normally fill for her. She told them she was advised by the doctor it would be uncomfortable for 10 days, to wait. Each of these days was worse than the one before. Her dizziness and lack of all vision in that eye caused panic attacks and insomnia. On the 11th day she called the office with her experience. The soonest they could see her was in 10 more days. In the meantime, I set up an Uber account for her and called her every day to try and getting thinking about so
