As someone who has had dental implant issues for the past two years, I am very happy to have found Dr. Fran Failla. She was able to successfully remove a dental implant and promptly followed up when I had a concern. I have confidence that she will see me through to successful replacement of the implant. The compassionate, personalized care is refreshing – It was worth the wait to see Dr. Fran!

Nashua Riverfront Dentistry has been my oral caregiver for about 3 years now. The whole team, led by Dr Franco and Dr Fran, are excellent. They are friendly, compassionate, patient, thorough and knowledgeable about not just teeth but also the big picture around oral health. The investment they've made in the latest technology helps them deliver great results with minimal discomfort. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend the practice at Nashua Riverfront Dentistry. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The dentists are a wonderful husband and wife team “Dr. Fran” and “Dr. Franco” who care greatly about their patients. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled and yet very personable too. I had a rare reaction to a routine procedure, and they worked with me consistently and patiently doing whatever it took (with no expense to me) until it resolved itself. Their caring response and commitment to helping me every step of the way, helped me to trust them even more with my dental work. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the best dental team I've ever had. Kind, caring, and friendly. In addition to their fantastic personalities they have amazing technology that creates a comfortable experience. I have never felt so little discomfort than I did getting 3 cavities addressed at once with their laser tool, and the tool they use for cleanings reduced the need for all the scraping that typically leaves my mouth sore. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a better dental experience and a fun group of people.

I recently needed to have a tooth extracted and heard great things about Nashua Riverfront Dentistry - I am super anxious about going to the dentist because I’m really claustrophobic and the thought of anyone being that close to my face for any amount of time freaks me out. Dr. Fran and Dr. Franco were so understanding to my needs. They worked with me to ensure I was comfortable, got me in quickly, and made it a painless experience, both physically and mentally. The front desk was super pleasant and their assistant was so sweet and personable, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. I was so preoccupied with the procedure, but I would definitely recommend checking them out.
