Alison, Janessa and Courtney are a fantastic team! While my father is in their care, they have been very responsive to our questions and concerns regarding his care and next steps. They listen, show compassion and respect to their families. Thank you for all you do!

This place is beyond horrible.I watched my father deteriorate rapidly. I was told he would be placed in an independent part of the building. They put him in the Dementia unit. A nurse told him to shut up when he was asking for help.They didnt wash clothes weekly most of the time. I The heartbreak was when i never recieved a call when he was passing So i couldn't be with him. This place is inhumane and un nurturing. They have a law suit coming.

I visit my mother regularly and want to share an honest perspective. This nursing home is clearly understaffed, and that’s something many facilities are struggling with right now. Because of this, care may not always be immediate, and small details like hair washing or clothing changes can take longer than anyone would like. However, what I see every time I visit is that the nurses and aides are doing their absolute best. They’re kind, patient, and truly care for the residents—even when it’s not easy. Many residents don’t like taking showers or cooperating with care routines, and the staff handle those challenges with as much compassion as possible. My mother is alive, well-fed, safe, and happy every time I see her. That tells me she’s being cared for with love, even in a demanding environ

My name is Kim and I have been a resident here for 4 and half years. This facility has been through many changes and I’ve gotten really good rehab services from PT,OT, and speech. The new company has been making a lot of positive changes here. Most of the staff here are really great people and I have a lot of awesome friends. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

My father-in-law was recently a patient here for short term rehab. Unfortunately, due to his condition we weren't sure if he was going to be able to return home or have to stay somewhere for long term care. Thanks to the care and therapy that he received from the staff particularly some of his favorites to name a few (Robin, Gia, Joyce, Nennie, Will, Mindie) he was able to return home. Being his age and set in his ways the staff did a great job accommodating his needs and making him feel at ease. He can't wait to go back and visit.
