Nashua Center for Internal Medicine

I have been a patient at Nashua Center for Internal Medicine for the past three years, and my experience with the providers themselves has generally been fine. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and billing communication. When I recently asked reasonable questions about a billing issue related to my annual physical, the responses I received were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of clearly explaining the charge or reviewing the concern, I was repeatedly told to contact my insurance, without any effort to clarify the situation from the office’s side. Another facility to be listed off as completely absurd if you're struggling with any serious medical issue. Not only is the staff astonishingly incompetent, some of them are also astonishingly rude, then like many doctors offices, they try to flip it as if you're the one being rude. And this is not to mention they're general incompetence as an office. I'm absolutely astonished at they're conduct on almost every level. They will ignore your complaints, go ahead and right fake notes that you are not there to see them for, then if you call them out on it that's a breach of the therapeutic relationship. Absolutely absurd of people who are supposed to be of their education and conduct. I highly do not recommend this office. They will waste your time and act like that's just "part of the process

My wife Juana Abramo is waiting one hour for her appointment! Yhis is totally unacceptable. We also have plans for today this is totally unfair!

Worthless. Save yourself some time and headache by going somewhere else. The incompetence and rudeness of staff have been a consistent fixture of my experience here.
