NASA Neuroscience & Spine Associates: North Collier

A miserable front desk (do you have an office manager?). My first visit, the blood work request was not complete and not sent over correctly to the lab. The follow up visit on 1/20 the NP recommended a Rheumatologist visit and said an order and records would be sent over so I could make an appointment. It's now 1/29 and nothing has been sent. I have contacted the office four times and had the displeasure of dealing with AI (Brittany) who promises priority messages to the proper team member yet NO return calls or follow up. Currently my vascular physician and physical therapist visits are on hold until I visit the Rheumatologist. All delayed to due to the incompetence of the NASA operation. Deeply disturbing experience—unethical, negligent, and discriminatory. I came to this office seeking relief from debilitating chronic sciatica nerve pain. I scheduled a surgical consultation a full month in advance, only to receive a call 30 minutes before closing the day before my appointment canceling it with no regard for the severity of my condition. I was told the surgeon had “other surgery scheduled”—as if my urgent need didn’t matter. The front desk was dismissive, unprofessional, and flat-out rude. The office manager thought it was acceptable to leave me on hold for over 10 minutes and showed zero empathy. Their tone and behavior made it clear they didn’t see me as a priority. Although my initial appointment and evaluation was a wait it has been well worth it. The PT work has taken my sciatica pain and discomfort from a 9-10 to a 1-2 in 5 weeks (10 sessions) of work with very a professional team of Therapists. This office is most organized and when compared to the company I first when to see, NASA PT North is hands down far superior in every way. Thank you to Jessica and Paige for their PT expertise and the excellent customer service and scheduling support by the two young ladies who greet you at reception/check-in. Highly recommend. A++++

Great physical therapy provider!! Excellent trainers who listen to your needs!! When you’re in PT, you’re not always feeling great, but the gals at the front desk will make you smile every time!! Plus they have MeTv so I can watch Leave it to Beaver! But seriously, the gals at the registration desk rock!!

My experience with NASA Therapy was great! The assessment and follow through for help with my neck pain makes me feel confident that i will have relief! My Therapist, Cara, understands my issues and is vey knowledgeable, confident and considerate! Especially, knowledgeable!! The Office staff - Sarah and Amanda are very organized, Personable and competent which helped tremendously in coordinating and booking visits for ongoing Therapy.
