Narrows Pharmacy

Read a few reviews.. was paranoid about getting my refill. Went today woman at counter couldn't have been nicer. She said she will call me when. There ready. 20 minutes later she called. Went to get my prescriptions.

Dennis the new owner of Narrows Pharmacy is rude and needs guidance in customer service! He is trying to ride on the great service of the previous owners. He adamantly refuse to refill prescriptions for three chronically Ill customers. He stated he doesn’t have his NPI number or his DEA number , this is a lie . In addition he doesn’t accept 3 different insurances. He stated” go somewhere else” or “pay in cash if the prescriptions are so important” I had to contact three different insurance companies because the prescriptions were sent to Narrows electrionally. In addition contact all of the physicians to send new prescriptions to a new pharmacy ! It is so sad that he is destroying the reputation of the previous owners . UPDATE !!!! Now it is consider HARASSMENT AND FRAUD Dennis as called

Dennis and his team are so professional, courteous, and look after my health and wellbeing like true rockstars! I don’t know what I would do with out them! Best pharmacy in zip code 11209!

Friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Wish they were open longer hours, but definitely prefer going here rather than one of the big drugstores.

Very nice and established business with a great staff to complement it. Appreciate the amazing customer service and will definitely be recommending family and friends in the local area!
