Dr. Ferjani did not take long to get on the call. I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes. I needed the time to do the sign in. She was professional and got right to my issue. She informed of how critical my issue was and immediately, while on the call, setup an expeditious referral to an Opthalmologist. Thanks Doctor for being true to your profession and a caring person.

I made an online appointment with the doctor around 5:30PM when she was still accepting online calls. The provider pre authorized my credit card for the consultation fees during the time the appointment was made. However, five hours later the doctor did not ever call back for the online appointment. I called the online service and they advised me that the doctor was probably gone for the day. Wow! Really? I could have gone to urgent care instead of waiting for this but I didn’t. I’d say this doctor is highly unprofessional at best. Do not make appointments here.
