Prime Care Pet Hospital

We visited Prime Care Pet Hospital yesterday for our dogs’ international health certificate before an upcoming flight and had an excellent experience! Our pups were a bit nervous, but Dr. Jen Lee was very patient and gentle with them. Dr. Jen and front desk staff were super kind, attentive, and very communicative throughout the whole process. Pricing was affordable and transparent. They submitted the paperwork to the USDA the same day, and the endorsement was approved the next day (surprisingly)!! We’re very happy with their service and highly recommend Prime Care Pet Hospital for anyone needing travel documents for their pets.

Dr. Lee has been my dog’s veterinarian for over year and she has been extremely attentive and conscientious of all my dog’s needs. My dog got spayed here almost a year ago and she doesn’t gave any scars from the incision or sutures. Ashley and Jen are the sweetest front desk staff I’ve ever met in my life. They’re very patient, caring and clear with their instructions. I appreciate everyone here so much and hopefully one day my dog will stop peeing on their floor from excitement when she sees them. 😆

Prime Care Hospital is hands down the best place for dogs! We often travel internationally with our two dogs, so getting accurate health certificates is very important to us. Our previous vet clinic used to handle them, but they recently stopped offering that service. We were quite nervous about finding a new clinic because we’ve had bad experiences before with vets who didn’t complete the paperwork correctly. After a lot of research, my wife found Prime Care — and we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Lee is amazing — kind, thorough, and truly cares about our dogs. The staff were also wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They made the entire visit stress-free for both us and our pets. The whole process was smooth and well-organized. I had to take my dog to another hospital for surgery late on Saturday because he suddenly became very ill. Unfortunately, his condition didn't improve, so I came here for a consultation. This is the hospital where he had patella surgery five years ago and continued to receive care. He had been healthy and doing well after the surgery. Sadly, this time, my dog was too sick to be saved. The doctor explained everything clearly, and I had to say goodbye to him. It was a very painful and difficult experience. I sincerely want to thank the doctor and staff for empathizing with me and supporting me throughout the process. Even though it was incredibly hard, their kindness and care brought me comfort.I truly appreciate it.

I love this office. My best friend just moved to Fullerton. Her dog is a 10 year old girl. She had diarrhea and looked really lethargic. We were really worried but didnt know where to bring her. We googled some clinics near Fullerton and finally took her to this clinic. Dr.Lee was awesome. The staff there were nice and friendly. They took time to look after patients and seemed to really care about their clients and animals. This dog is doing great, eating well, running and playing all day and no diarrhea anymore.
